Alsatian Oaks Backflow Testing Group 2026

As part of our continued commitment to water conservation and irrigation system compliance, Seeger Water is pleased to offer a special discounted backflow testing program exclusively for residents of Alsatian Oaks in Castroville. From October 26 through November 6, residents may have their irrigation backflow prevention assembly tested for only $60.00 per assembly (regularly $95.00).

  1. This year, we will enforce a hard deadline to signup for this group: November 6, 2026
    +We hate to enforce a deadline, but it is too difficult to add folks to the list after we’ve already started testing. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE share with your neighbors so no one is left out

  2. Once you signup, you will be redirected to a payment page for $60 (no sales tax). Once you pay, this signup is non-refundable. We have to pay non-refundable credit card fees and non-refundable filing fees (to City of Castroville) when you pay, so we cannot refund backflow test signups.

  3. You WILL NOT be placed on the backflow testing schedule if you do not pay by the deadline. If the payment page fails or you need assistance with making a payment, give us a call at 830-624-9000. If you have an outstanding balance with Seeger Water, your payment here will be applied to your outstanding balance and your backflow will not be tested.

  4. Upon completion of backflow testing, it will take us a few days to file all of the backflow test reports with the City of Castroville. Once filed, we will email you a copy of your backflow test report for your records (it will already be on file with CoC).

  5. This signup is for a single pass/fail backflow test of one (1) assembly. If your backflow assembly fails inspection, you will be notified by email along with a quote for repairs/replacement.

  6. You may receive a letter dated November 1 from City of Castroville - you can disregard these notices if you’ve signed up here on our website. As we complete backflow testing, we are filing reports with CoC to clear the notices.
