Johnson Ranch Backflow Testing
Offer Ends May 31, 2026

Every June all of Johnson Ranch is due for their annual backflow test. For 3 years, Seeger Water has been the customer preferred backflow testing contractor to complete these tests. And every year, we learn something new and learn how to better serve you. This year, we’re excited about several important changes to how we’ll handle this year’s wave of backflow tests.

Important Information - MUST READ

After reading these important terms of service, you' can click the “Signup Online” button on this page and place yourself on the list.

  1. This year, we will enforce a hard deadline to signup for this group: May 31, 2026
+We hate to enforce a deadline, but it is too difficult to add folks to the list after we’ve already started testing. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE share with your neighbors so no one is left out

  2. Once you signup, you will be redirected to a payment page for $65 (no sales tax). Once you pay, this signup is non-refundable. We have to pay non-refundable credit card fees and non-refundable filing fees (to GBRA) when you pay, so we cannot refund backflow test signups.

  3. You WILL NOT be placed on the backflow testing schedule if you do not pay by the deadline. If the payment page fails or you need assistance with making a payment, give us a call at 830-624-9000. If you have an outstanding balance with Seeger Water, your payment here will be applied to your outstanding balance and your backflow will not be tested.

  4. Testing will be performed every Thursday morning from June 4 through June 25

  5. We are asking that you please remove any rocks, bags, towels, tape, or other coverings on top of your backflow prevention assembly prior to testing. This makes locating and testing your backflow prevention assembly much easier.

  6. Upon completion of backflow testing, it will take us a few days to file all of the backflow test reports with GBRA. Once filed, we will email you a copy of your backflow test report for your records (it will already be on file with GBRA).

  7. This signup is for a single pass/fail backflow test of one (1) assembly. If your backflow assembly fails inspection, you will be notified by email along with a quote for repairs/replacement.

  8. You may receive a letter dated May 1 from GBRA - you can disregard these notices if you’ve signed up here on our website. As we complete backflow testing, we are filing reports with GBRA to clear the notices.
